Under what conditions has any one fluid supposedly failed - tracking or daily driving; what was the fluid change interval, what did the UOA's show?
I have seen causes of differential overheating due to incorrect bearing and gear pre-loading with shims that did not provide the proper loading.
Could it also be that the bearings, ring and pinion gears are undersized for the torque developed by the engine?
