Bought a 2007 Tahoe with this combination in Aug. '14. It had 55,000 miles, now has 105,000. Had relatively low miles because it was a ranch truck-spent a good deal of time off road. I put new shocks and tires on it right after I bought it. Since then, I had a CEL for evap canister which was replaced twice by dealer before getting right. Also had one front wheel bearing go out and rear brakes/rotors replaced. It is probably overdue for transmission and 4WD service but it isn't complaining at the moment. I do the oil changes according to the OLM 6-8,000 miles.

Thanks everyone. I ended up buying an 08 Suburban with this combo. Just under 108k. First oil change this weekend. Buying fluids, filters, etc., and will tackle all that the next few weekends.
