There is some info in there that is incorrect. I have a fax with TWC VOIP phone and it works perfectly. Also, if you provide your own router you DO NOT have to pay for wireless networking.
I'm pleased to hear that your fax works over VOIP. The fax that I have (HP) did not recommend it. As far as the wi-fi service charge is concerned, it's possible I am mistaken...or it's possible that the charges vary by service area.
