Growing old is a privilege not given to all. Enjoy each day you've been given! That said, I should've taken better care of my knees and back.

I agree. I beat the daylights out of my knees and back. Recovering from 2nd back surgery now. I'm loaded with arthritis in my back and knees. Young and dumb as they say.........I'll be 59
