Genuine Briggs and Stratton Intek Oil Filter

I’m planning a change the oil and filter for a friend on his Craftsman riding mower with an Intek engine. I decided to get an actual B&S filter since it’s not my mower and he’s paying for it. The filter is a 492932S. I ordered it on Amazon and it arrived from Tipperary, Ireland of all places. It’s a long way to Tipperary. Crazy.

Now here’s the freaky part. I happen to be flying to Dublin tomorrow. Maybe I should have picked it up in person?

This is great, I did a search for Cabra Business Park in Tipperary and found a tiny building labeled "Lawnmower parts Online". That's just crazy the journey that tiny filter made only to end up back in Canada. Mother earth is getting smaller by the day.

I would say it is not Silicone. Only because they are black and silicone is usually orange or another color but black. If someone has better insight, then chime in with your info.
