General Pumps 100 Series oil equivalent

On the boat we have a reverse osmosis system. This uses a GP WM2315CL stainless steel pump head that specifies GP 100 series oil.
This is a glorified pressure washer really and it pushes water at 800PSI through the membranes. Usually runs for an hour or two a day while we're away and then sits for 7 months un-loved. We installed the unit in 2012 and despite the manual saying "change the oil at 50 hours and then 200 hours after that" I can guarantee that 14 years later it has never been changed. I've recently taken over maintenance and decided that a change every couple of years wouldn't be a bad thing.

We currently have 3 bottles of oil. One for a flush, one for a change and one for a future change. Ordering from the US through Amazon seems the most cost effective, but I wonder if anyone has experience of equivalents?
There's always the magic "Our oil is designed for our pumps and their particular specifics", but is it really? Could I replace it (for example) with the Amsoil PCK 100 I use in my air compressor? Not saying I'm that cheap, but I can't find a cross reference for this stuff anywhere and it can't really be unicorn pee surely?

Edit: I was clearly searching wrong. Now I see plenty of similar questions with the usual answers.

"General Pump Series 100 Oil is a premium, non-detergent 30W oil that maintains optimal performance and increases the lifespan of pumps. This is General's most commonly used oil, as it's the recommended option for many of their most popular pump models that use 25 BHP or less. Series 100 has a naturally high viscosity that can even be used at high temperatures and has anti-scuff and anti-wear agents to extend the life of pump components"

So it's just sae 30 non detergent with some anti wear additives, nothing special at all. For alternatives local to me Valvoline lists their non detergent 30 has having zinc and phos. But any non detergent 30 with anti wear additives should do no matter where one is.

Looking at penrite.com i can see they have a non detergent sae 30 and states it has anti wear additives. Why not get this instead since you're in Australia.

Yep, a reply this morning direct from General Pumps :

"That pump will taqke any 30 weight non-detergent oil, an iso 100 series oil, or a Shell Rotella 15W40 diesel engine oil."

I have 3 bottles of GP, which is enough for 4 changes. From then on I'll use the Penrite. Thanks!

Edit : Surely if they say I can use Rotella 15W40 I can use Volvo VDS-4.5 15W40 which I put in the main engines and the generator.

I think the Cat pump on my pressure washer might be using the same oil as my air compressor. Edit: Yes I just checked. I am using the Amsoil PCK 30-40wt

I'm not saying it is what you should use. It is what I use in a 2 stage air compressor, and the Cat pressure washer pump.

This e-mail is probably from at least 10-12 years back trying find what they rec for the Cat pump I had bought:

The AMSOIL compressor oils are recommended to use in the CAT pumps. These pumps generally call for a non-detergent ISO 46, or ISO 68 oil. AMSOIL ISO 46 compressor oil (PCI) can be used, or the AMSOIL ISO 100 compressor oil (PCK). It is entirely based on operating conditions, or which compressor oil is the most convenient to use in your equipment. Both will perform equally for most use. If these pumps are mainly operating in high temperatures, the AMSOIL PCK will be a good choice.
