Put mine on today. Looks like my [censored] $90 apiece Chinese wheels look like [censored] after just one season with them on :-/ They're painted, not powder coated, and the finish wore/corroded in quite a few spots. They're dirty/not curbed, around the edge but those weird patterns on the face look bad :-/ I guess you get what you pay for.

FYI, the Rials in my pic were only $99 each, and not made in China. Mine are 16s, but the 17s were only a couple of bucks more at the time. After 6 seasons, the finish is still like new, although I admit that I do not drive a lot.

I've had "Sport Edition" wheels for winter on my past cars, and on my wife's and they've never been an issue for me. I couldn't find a style I liked in that brand in 17s that would clear these brakes though, and went with clearance/discontinued "Andros" wheels on this one. Big mistake. I'll probably track down a used set of OEM wheels next winter.

I got rage wheels which were $104 a piece, why would you want a expensive wheel in the snow slush and road salt just my opinion.

I sure don't want expensive ones for the winter, I'm just bummed that they look like [censored] after one season. Other cheapo wheels I've had usually look fine seasons later.

Mine will be going on this week, as the surprise dusting of snow I woke up to this morning reminded me that I can't actually trust the weather forecast when they say it's not going to snow...

Amazingly, the drive to work wasn't bad with the summers still on (roads were wet with a few icy patches here and there).

Well guys i put my Studded General Artic Altimax tires on, and it sounds like a Sherman Tank at low speed pics to come.
