I wish I could help you. It was actually in their "Thanksgiving Weekend" sale flier, not the specific black Friday one. Our recycling went on Monday, and their website only shows the current ads from what I can find.

Correct. A 4 prong 240 volt plug, an "inlet" (male), is installed. You use a 4 conductor extension cord, a male end for your generator and a female end for your inlet.

4 conductors - 2 hots, a neutral, and a ground.

You still have the unbalanced load of the neutral going back on the ground wire. The neutral can "light you up" too

The neutral should be run as a separate wire and be bonded to ground at the main disconnect. It should not "light you up."
