I have a two-part question about 2-stroke fuel.
When oil is added to gasoline does it disperse on his own or does it need to be agitated to mix properly?
Once mixed, will it separate over time?

I just bought a 25 gallon gasoline caddy to use to store fuel for my two-stroke pontoon outboard and two jet skis. I just want to make sure that this fuel storage doesn't need any special attention.

Just a suggestion, why not store ethanol free gas in the caddy and mix as you fill each tank on the toys.

Edit - Add marine sta-bil or something similar for long term storage.

Heavy Ester oils like Motul 800 can fall "out of suspension" over time......with "heavy" I ment....sae40...sae50 <-----everything more then sae40 is usually premix only....

Because only the push mower uses straight gas. Tank holds maybe 2 quarts.
Tallying up the 2-stroke consumers comes to nearly 40 gallons.

Good to know separation isn't a worry.
