I noticed that I have to press the primer bulb about six times lately in order to get the mower started and see a bit of gas coming from the left side of the carb. Is that normal for fuel to come out there? I've never really noticed that before . It's a
Briggs and Stratton engine and I pointed a pen at the area where the fuel is leaking

Maybe it is time for a new Primer Bulb, but that dirt needs to be blown off the outside carburetor. I would also take the mower cover off and blow away any junk,

Picture is really smeared but that sort of looks like the nipple where the crankcase vent tube is supposed to attach. Unless it is higher up... Anyway if you press the primer 6 times expect some gas in unusual places, it's only supposed to be pressed once or twice.
