Had my garage floor done this week. After 27 years of salty winters, I got tired of looking at the floor looking bad. Here are some before and after photos.

That looks awesome!

You did the project or you had it done?

If you had it done, would you be willing to share the cost of the project?

We bought a retirement home in Salt Lake City that is currently being rented out until we actually retire. The garage is similar in size to yours and I would love to have the floors coated before we actually move in. I know that once I fill the garage with all of my "stuff" it will never get done.

What is the name of the product? You attached pictures of the product specs, but I dont see the name of the product on those sheets. Is it Simiron?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

Looks great! How much if you don't mind me asking?
It ended up being about 6K. 1100 of it was for vertical sides and all the steps being done. There’s also the added cost of the concrete repair. If the floor is perfect, it’ll probably be around 4k. Lifetime warranty, and transferable to someone if I sell my house. This is more work than I could do with a do-it-yourself kit. Pay once cry once I guess.
