So these plugs have been through ~8 PEA fuel treatments?
Wow I would not have guessed. What was the gap?

Pretty on the money at 1.02mm, but that's ignoring some of the strap wear. It's tough to estimate the max thickness, but the min was in spec. The deposits are the main problem with the plugs having quality spark.

I've been able to clean some platinum NGKs using a propane torch and/or carbon cleaner soak. I wonder if these deposits would clean up?

I can try it, since $0 but new plugs went in.

I suppose the plugs could be tested on a Megger before / after to see if the improve after cleaning.

I've use gumout regane high mileage but never seen my plugs like this.

That looks like a copper film / deposit.
