Anyone want to try and do some reading? Figured some folks here would enjoy.

This plug is indicative of the other cylinders.
30k miles
NGK iridium, (non laser version)

I'll save some of the other details since they might spoil the folks trying to read this plug.

Edit: explain your answers

Looks much dirtier than I would expect for a "modern" EFI engine w 30k on the plug. Plug held up very well, if it was cleaner I'd be okay running it for another 10k-30k after touching up the ground strap.

Excellent pic by the way, thank you!

The votes of rich and forced induction are interesting. I think those folks should elaborate how they arrived there.

I'm guessing old or bad gas and run hard. Honestly just a guess, never saw red clay looking plugs before.

You keep saying this. What do you mean - how we got there.? How do you think we go there? We looked at the plug?

The sum total of the input we received from you is a picture of a plug with 30K miles and indication that all the plugs look the same - ie its not likely a bad plug.

Could be a weak coil - if its an old car with a single coil. I sort of doubt it though. I think it would be black not tan / red.

Your taking all the fun out of this. :ROFLMAO:

I hope this is not something stupid like you ran seafoam or paint thinner.

Looks like rust to me. Old car started after sitting for a long time. Or a blown head gasket. Either way I see rust. 🤔
