fuel dilution

My 1999 cherokee see's frequent short trips of 1.5 miles. I would say an average week it see's 6-10 short trips of 1.5 miles or less. It also see's a few trips of 5-10 miles (barely reaches operating temps). I just finished an ARX cycle and would like to make a change to syn.

I was wondering if one highway trip of 35-45 miles (30-40 mins) every 4-6 weeks would be enough to "cook" out the extra fuel in the oil?

Before I moved that sounds like about the same service my '98 4.0 was seeing. About every other weekend I would tow motorcycles to the drag strip that was 45 mile each way. I never did UOA on it but the M1 I was using would drain out very clean looking after 5K OCI's

So I would have to say you would be just fine as long as you went out for a drive a couple of times a month.
