Friction Free 3000?

Hi, someone on another auto forum is really pushing this stuff, saying it stopped his lifter noise and increased his MPG. Heres a link to this stuff, I'm really skeptical about it and wondered if anyone here has used it or knows anything about.

A very quick scan of that site, especially with the claims that their product will restore pitted metal surfaces back to brand new spec, leads me to believe that it is pure snake oil.
