Fram TG16 C&P

Oil change was due on father's 2004 Grand Cherokee 4.0

Last oil change:
Pennzoil High Mileage 10w30
Fram TG16
5000 mile oil change interval

This oil change:
Same as previous

The oil filter was in excellent condition. No wide pleat spacing whatsoever, uniform the whole way around, and no waving at all. I really dig Fram's ADBV's neck being extended into the center tube.





His jeep is at 151,000 miles so it's just getting its leg loose

Filter looks great, heck it could have gone another OCI.

Wow that looks fabulous! Even the TG's often have some wide pleat spacing near the seam this one sure doesn't. I wonder if they finally figured out how to get that seam glued without the wide pleat result?
