Here are some pictures of 2 used Fram Synthetic Endurance FE11955 cartridge-style oil filters.
Here is a link to the UOA thread containing the analysis from the oil used with these filters HPL Premium Plus PCEO 0w-30, 5k Mi.; '24 Ford Bronco, 2.7L, 20k Mi.; 3 lab UOA
-Used in a 2024 Ford Bronco with the 2.7L Ecoboost Twin Turbo V6
-Left/top filter: used for 5,000 miles on HPL Premium Plus PCEO 0W-30 from 15,000 to 20,000 vehicle mileage
-Right/bottom filter: used for 3,481 miles on Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0W-30 from 11,019 to 14,500 vehicle mileage
-media dimensions about 27x4.5”; area of ~211.5 in^2 (didn't have a heavy weight on it to fully flatten it here).
-media thickness ~.035”/0.9mm
-42 pleats
-Crimped seam
Wire mesh backing
E-Core
Endcaps from the HPL filter:
Although there appeared to be a few sparkling flakes on the media they must've been mostly non-ferrous/grit as my magnet wasn't able to pick much of anything up. There wasn't much of a noticeable difference between the two filters.
