Here are some pictures of 2 used Fram Synthetic Endurance FE11955 cartridge-style oil filters.
Here is a link to the UOA thread containing the analysis from the oil used with these filters HPL Premium Plus PCEO 0w-30, 5k Mi.; '24 Ford Bronco, 2.7L, 20k Mi.; 3 lab UOA

-Used in a 2024 Ford Bronco with the 2.7L Ecoboost Twin Turbo V6
-Left/top filter: used for 5,000 miles on HPL Premium Plus PCEO 0W-30 from 15,000 to 20,000 vehicle mileage
-Right/bottom filter: used for 3,481 miles on Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0W-30 from 11,019 to 14,500 vehicle mileage

-media dimensions about 27x4.5”; area of ~211.5 in^2 (didn't have a heavy weight on it to fully flatten it here).

Although there appeared to be a few sparkling flakes on the media they must've been mostly non-ferrous/grit as my magnet wasn't able to pick much of anything up. There wasn't much of a noticeable difference between the two filters.

Correction: I stated crimped seam, but I don’t think that’s what this is. Maybe “bonded”?

Thanks these look great! I may try the FE 11655 on my Jeep and do a particle count vs the canister Endurance with the leaking leaf spring.

That would be a good exposé on the leakers!

I know that it probably doesn't matter, but I have Endurance 9972 Toyota filters, and these are made in Mexico. I've always been curious how the filter media compares between the same line of filters which happen to be made in different countries/factories. Are they actually all identical and meet the same specs? Just a thought.
