Fram PH4967 cut open - 40 hours

Fram PH4967, was in use for 40 hours on an Exmark zero turn mower with 708cc Chinese clone V-Twin. Was replaced with a Fram TG4967.

Hard to beat these filters with the silicone ADBV (this one happened to be purple, probably due to supply issues) for under $4 for a mower engine.

Agreed. This mower is owned by my next door neighbor, and he usually brings it over every year to have it serviced whether it needs it or not. He is just as meticulous as I am about his equipment.

If all EGs looked that good, no one would have any (legitimate) reason to complain.
Alas, they don't all look that good.

The mower only has ~144 hours on it.

I cut open one of these on a 2018 Camry 2.5 that had regular oil changes at 5k/6mo. Looked exactly the same.

That is downright "new" - like going 1200 mi in a car on an OC.

Tell him he can bring it over every odd numbered year now
