fram adbv misaligned?

Picked up a six pack of fram from Walmart. Upon opening I notice adbv seems a little misaligned maybe?

Are all six the same? How about a photo straight down of the base plate and center tube.

We have seen misaligned ADBV’s before on Frams. More pics?

The last time one posted I had more difficulty seeing the issue. Better pics here, and adbv does appear to be misaligned.

They took away the nubs on the end caps? The old engineers put them there to help center the element.
The adbv goes inside the end cap and on the base plate it isn't held centered.
It’s the new engineering team. It’s just basic stuff that’s being missed. There were no more nubs on the two recent Frams I had cut open. XG2 and PH4967.
The nubs were better than nothing, at least some centering was done. Plus on the PH they made the diameter of the element smaller to save media, leaving a large gap from element to can..
