FP vs. STP gas treatment

What is the difference between regular use of fuel power vs. STP gas treatment (+/- other STP fuel system cleaner products)???

Bottom line, the STP lacked Upper Cylinder Lube qualities.

So.....What were the results of this test other than STP didn't lubricate? The thread really didn't specify what worked well. As much as Fuel Power is discussed here, I assume that it did well.

Actually FP wasn't part of the tests.

It would be great if these vids could be posted again. Bob's testing methods are great.

Out of the lot tested Techron, Neutra and Lucas UCL all cleaned and prevented carbon (as most did) while also serving as a UCL. (where the others flunked)

I have tried the rubber stopper in the beaker test with FP and it also has UCL qualities. If my memory is correct the STP did poorly as a UCL.

Anybody else remember these?
