Last year I sprayed fogging oil into a Toyota 4 cylinder. The directions are to spray the oil into the intake while the engine is running, and it also suggests spraying oil down the spark plug holes. I am thinking about the fact that some of the oil got on the threads of the spark plugs. Is this of any concern regarding spark plug torque and/or spark plugs coming loose over time? Should I clean the threads with anything? Thanks for your suggestions.

In theory it shouldn't. I've used it for years w/o issues, but I have seen cases where plugs were fouled. Usually in point ignition systems.

Any lube on spark plug threads will impact torque. As long as you didn't go gorilla tight you should be OK. In the future I'd try and keep the threads clean and without any lubricant on them.
