Flywheel Problem On Small Block Chevy

That is the other thing that I will have checked tomorrow, that could be the case because if I hit the accelerator hard sometimes I hear the noise.

I am not ruling out that those bolts could be loose because my air cleaner nut was a little loose. If those bellhousing bolts are slightly loose then other things could get loose.

I should have taken this car to the mechanic with over 40 years of experience to begin with.

He took the starter apart and did some adjustments and everything is fine. The flexplate bolts and my motor mount bolts were tight.
