Car is coming up for sale with 20,000 miles. They say no keys so it doesn't run. Looks nice but who knows. Wondering what does a key and programming it cost? And what it's worth with so many unknowns.

A car that doesn't run is worth exactly that. Doesn't matter if its because it has no key or the battery pack is cooked. Worth the same.

If it was just a key someone else would have fixed it before sale likely.

1. Where are you going to obtain a key? For that matter, where are you going to get any other parts? The company is defunct.
2. If you can find a key, at what cost?
3. If you can find and purchase a key, where are you going to get it programmed?
4. If you can find and purchase a key and get it programmed, will the car run and drive? My guess? I seriously doubt it.
These cars were notoriously problematic, full of software, firmware, electrical, and driveability issues. The cars were doomed from the start. They were basically impressively sexy-looking Chevy Volts under the skin. You can't even get parts for the Volts any longer.
IMO the car has no value.
