I wanted to change oil to add AutoRx and this is what came out.
Ford 5.4L V-8
MAKE/MODEL: FUEL TYPE: ADDITIONAL INFO:
Gasoline (Unleaded)
OIL TYPE & GRADE: OIL USE INTERVAL:
Amsoil Synthetic 5w20 1,968 Miles
Universal averages show typical wear levels from this type of engine after 5500 miles on the oil. This oil was in use shorter than that, and the wear profile it contains is almost identical to average. So your wear rate (ppm/mile) is higher than average, but it's still close enough to normal not to be an express concern. The TBN read 6.5 (1.0 is low); plenty of additive was still active. The marginally low viscosity didn't hurt anything and may be due to the Z-Max additives, since that is a solvent type additive. This looks like a nice 5.4L. Resample in another 3K miles on this oil.
