first air compressor and have a question.....

hey dudes, i just bought a little 3 gallon oilless compressor from harbour freight because i had a $25 gift card so it only costed me $27.something with tax and all. just wondering if it is ok to turn off and leave the tank full of pressure or should i bleed it out? tia

You can bleed it down, especially if you like to hear the compressor while it's pumping the tank back up. Just make sure you bleed out the water frequently, keep the air. And if you buy any air tools get some Marvel Mystry Oil to lubricate them. Also watch where you put the compressor, that thing gets hot on the business end. Give it some space.
