Tempestopia is people who have been trespassed against being able to sue on the basis that they have personally been wronged...assuming that they are able to sue physically and bodily, and financially.
But he is against protecting people from trespass in the first place.
All (some ?) of those extra constitutional laws are to protect people from actual trespasses that have been committed by others.

When one believes themselves to have been wronged by the government, should the government pay for your upfront attorney costs? Or does the government never wrong people or violate their own regulations?
If the government ever does violate it's own regulations, how does it derive the moral authority to impose regulations on others?
