Favorite roach killer/house spray

Not sure if its that time of the year or what but the last few days ive had a few dead roaches popping up in the house. Up until recently ive had a dog(rip) and I was reluctant to spray around the house and walls to protect from all the south Georgia insects but now I can do it, safely.

I know Tractor supply, lowes, etc etc sell sooo many brands. Is one better them the other (in bitog opinions)? We always get the occasional spider anywho.
Any favorite brands.?

Ortho Home Defense makes any bug problems go anyway pretty much overnight for me, but I've never had to deal with roaches. That stuff is real tough on ants, spiders, and centipedes for sure! I spray around the outside of the house as directed, and then any problem areas inside.

I use the Taurus SC , same thing as Termidor $7 less per bottle. Fipronil 9.1% for termite treatment and it takes care of ants.

Must be the time of year. I've had quite a few spiders show up to the point that it was becoming a chore to kill them.

Ortho Home Defense Max seems to have done a good job of keeping them out.

What's the best thing for carpenter ants, the bigger black ones? I picked up some indoor and outdoor Terro liquid bait traps. Six indoor around the kitchen and eight outdoor ones. Those got rid of the worker ants except one that was moving very slow. But the queen ants or the ones with wings I've noticed moping around. My instinct is to squash them as I see them but probably should let them return to the nest and poison the rest. This is at parent's house so not there all the time.

I like those slow acting borate roach bait pills. I drop them all over the house and check on the progress regularly, and in the garage they would be gone from new to all done in a month, and started seeing the roaches go belly up under my car.

They are slow acting, but works.
