120K mile sample of factory fill Toyota ATF WS Car. I ran this much longer then I wanted to, wanted to do at 90k-100k just was being too lazy to change it earlier. Still seems like I should of changed it even before 90k with the results. Refilled with Valvoline Extended Protection ATF and will drain and fill that next one at 40k. Hopefully no major damage has been done to the transmission. I will say the car seems to be running smoother with the new Valvoline ATF in it. Only time will tell later. Hope this helps others in decisions on when the change out.

I hate Toyota's "Lifetime fluid". I recently had a great Toy-Lex shop pump about 12 quarts through our 2013 GS350. I had already serviced the rock catcher and done a spill-and-fill.

FWIW- Getting WS out of two Toyota transmissions recently, made a great difference in shift quality. Even the lever works smoother. Neither fluid appeared bad, but Maxlife has been great in one and then ST in the other (car to be sold). Long term who knows, but it was more than just getting used fluid out in my view, having done more ATF changes on various vehicles than I can count. Usually not as much of a difference as I saw in both cases.
