Where do you get the rebate coupon?

I have never seen the rebate in the store, and have found the oil locally now.

Is the rebate only from certain stores?

I got it at Pep Boys. It didn't use the standard PB rebate form, there was a separate one. The counter person had to hunt around to find it.

Good thing was the rebate arrived quickly for me.
