okieboy37 ...you sure you've got that number correct? The tee-cup Super Tech filter that would have anything to do with a FL400 would be the Super Tech3416 ..at least I figure. There's no listing for an Super Tech4967 ..just about anywhere (I checked Baldwin and Wix)
According to Wix there's no such vehicle as an 02 Prism. ..at least if the Prism is a Geo. That's the only Prism I'm aware of. They assert that it ended its existence in 1998. It's kinda like the guy who tried to sell a 1959 Ford Falcon.
I managed to "guess" and put/chose some NZ-?? engine on Donalson's site and it puked out a Toyota filter.
However...if this is a Toyota engine that uses the 3/4-16 thread with a 2.4/2.1 gasket size ...then here's what it looks like in WIX

Little larger diameter can ...little bit bigger gasket. In WIX the bypass is the same. Balwin B33 sports a 14psi bypass iirc.
Errr...you don't suffer from dyslexia, do you
