Experience with Luminous products? Vampire plus wheel cleaner?

They're just another start-up brand that uses a contract blender to make their products.

For a good non-acid wheel cleaner, visit your local O'Reilly's and order Dark Fury.

Does it have slickness to disallow swirling and scratching?
I normally spend hours cleaning my wheels because of all the track slag, rubber, brake, dust, etc. I am extremely tired of doing this.
I’ve used probably 20 different cleaners some specifically for Wheels and vehicles, some household products.
I also ceramic coated my wheels with Nano Bond ceramic, first thing before I put the tires on. It didn’t seem to help much.
This time I used $150 clean by pan 8 yr coating, because I’m desperate to make this go a lot faster and easier. I get the impression I may have wasted my time and money on the clean by pan at your coating Also. Time will tell.

You may want to try Dark Fury or an acid cleaner with a touchless method to remove the bulk of the buildup before proceeding with a contact wash.

I'm gonna have to disagree. Dark Fury is caustic and super aggressive. You can get even more cleaning power against brake dust with any of the iron remover types except those won't damage your clear over time or risk damage in the sun etc. Of course, Dark Fury will remove organic contaminants like no one's business, but it's more of a disaster rescue product than something DIYers should use in, my opinion at least.

ADS Wheel Cleaner, Koch Chemie MWC, Sonax Full Effect, Griot's Heavy Duty, Gyeon, Tuga, CarPro WheelX, etc. will all clean brake dust almost touchlessly but are much safer.

The Vampire Plus is almost certainly in the list with the above products, I'm sure it's decent. Any iron remover is good on brake dust. They just smell bad.

I don't see how Dark Fury can cause damage to an OEM clearcoated surface unless it was allowed to dry. I have been using it (and similar products) for 15 years without any issues.

Just look at the SDS, it's pretty nasty. It also degrades coatings and sealants with repeat applications. All Superior products are effective but usually with cheaper ingredients and highly potent. The same concerns exist for any very potent alkaline wheel cleaner. I have Infinity Wax Incinerate but almost never use it. It dissolved my sprayers in a week at 1:5 dilution!

I have never seen evidence of protection from sealants and coatings -- they definitely make the surface easier to clean, though.

I usually rotate between wheel acid and dark fury depending on how much time I have to clean the wheels. Again, I have never had an issue with OEM finishes.

I mean, for disaster condition wheels sure, go for them. I just don't use wheel acid because most are HF or ABF based and I do not want HF around my house. But even for Porsche, BMW, Corvette level brake dust the iron remover types are super effective and far less harsh. Koch Chemie MWC works better than Dark Fury if you are looking at fresh brake dust tbh.

Edit: added a video on Dark Fury. Compared to APC and Dawn PW though so not really that relevant in that regard.

I have also used Labocosmetica Sidero and it is a beast! However, it smells SO bad. It smells at least 3x worse than IronX or Koch MWC. God help you if you spill that bottle.
