EV and Hybrid - CAR - Front ends. Ugly.

Strangely, all the years I drove Corvairs, we never really noticed the lack of a grill. The last one i restored, a 1966 Monza Coupe was such a beautiful thing a grill would have looked weird. I do remember that J.C. Witney, a purveyor of many totally unnecessary automotive accessories, did have a grill for the early (1960-64) models. I never actually saw one on a car.

There was a Mercedes EQE 320 like this parked in the neighborhood the other day. From the base of the windshield back a nice 4 door coupe shape. The pic doesn't show how odd the slope of the hood is to the low grill that looks like see-through Lexan with a grill pattern behind it. No Mercedes language.
