Does any one make Ethanol proof Briggs & Stratton gas caps?

Reminder: the ethanol is already thoroughly mixed into the gas, so I'm confused with what you are asking...

The current rubber seals inside the gas caps are probably made out of Nitrile. With the new Ethanol blends the seal should be made from Viton.

Do they make replacement gas caps with Viton instead of Nitrile?

Thx for the clarifications.

It's best to email B&S tech support to find out. I'm not aware of any aftermarket gas filler cap seal material made of viton.

But then again: we've been using E10 here in this region for over 18yrs now, and all my mowers (B&S, including those plastic tank + side-draft carb type with plastic filler cap style) are on E10, rubber seal still pliable.
