You should talk to kschachn about "context". In any case, there were essentially two questions asked, how bad is too much ethanol in gas, and, will particular additives help balance some of the negative effects. That's all the context you need to keep your answers contextual. The country where this problem is happening has no bearing on the context of the problem or on the questions being asked.. In fact it wasn't a problem until the hissy fits from your peers and the arrival of the reinforcements. I think you should ask all concerned to drop this middle school level of flexing, cuz i can flex better ;-) No offence. Its my humor.

I asked him if they have US products like fuel additives being sold in his country. My idea was maybe they will help neutralize some of the effects. He said yes but he doesn't know which ones to use.. Any suggestions on additives which will work? Thanks folks.

You don't know which US products help in neutralizing excess ethanol? Then yes, you won't be able to answer. Not that you have tried to answer anything thus far except.......

There are no products or additives that “neutralize” ethanol, excess or otherwise. The only way to do that would be to remove it or cause it to drop out somehow. Perhaps washing the fuel with water.

I hear if you just let it sit in a humid environment, it takes care of that on its own.

Yep, and a nice clue when one calls itself a stabilizer as in oxidative stability.
