engine block heater for 07 civic

im going to canada next week and i can buy a oem honda block heater for only 50 bills.. do you think its worth it. i love my car and want to keep it forever

Given the car, the oil you use, and since your permanent addr is Jersey, I would not bother if you are planning a short trip to Canada.

I'd get an adhesive oil pan heater. Should run you under $25. Then again if it's just for one trip, maybe not necessary. I'm guessing it might get fairly cold over the years in NJ, so there might be a few days you would like it plugged in.
