Came off of my 2000 Buick Century 3.1 74k miles.
Oil change was 5k with Maxlife 5w30 syn-blend. Pennzoil HM & PrimeGuard went back on.

Filter looked flawless as most PG’s do. The ADBV was still pliable. The can was thick and sturdy.

Side note: Originally I figured this would be an upgrade in construction over the PrimeGuard (metal end caps etc) but it seems to be identical. Including the glue/foam end caps being the same. Maybe the media might be slightly better, but I’m betting it’s the same too. So being the EcoGard is a dollar more $2.99 on Amazon vs $1.99 for the PrimeGuard at Rural King. The PrimeGuard is the better deal.

Enjoy!!

Nice work sir. Thank You

Doing best I can. Saw hundreds if not thousands of ECOGARD’s off stuff at work. Never a issue shame my rural king don’t carry em’ 🤬
God bless brother. I was using the STP XL’s on the wife’s Jeep, but found the Synthetic EcoGards on Amazon for around $6 so I ordered a bunch. They upped the price on my Syn Eco’s on my Ram from $6 to $10 so my next batch will probably by the CarQuest Premium’s for it. But these basic PrimeGuards are a heck of a deal and work perfectly fine for my little Buick that is my commute car. I don’t know of any other filter that can come close for quality and price.
