Eating Expired Food Products

After reading your post tallpaul, I checked my fridge and pantry for expired foods. I'm pretty good at eating stuff out of the fridge like milk and produce, but not so with the pantry. Well I found some corn bread stuffing, canned peaches, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, oatmeal, lipton green tea bags, and lipton chicken noodle all expired in 2008. I had corn bread stuffing best by 10/08 for dinner tonight. Taste was fine, not sick yet, but the stuffing mix was in a sealed bag. I'll have some peaches for desert tonight.

The canned peaches were for breakfast. They had a bitter taste, not sweet, but went down fine.
