I stuck EasyPeasy on A USB Thumb Drive and have been playing around with it. I like the desktop better than Unity with Ubuntu 11.04.
You still have the option of running the Gnome desktop with Ubuntu 11.04 but I find that EasyPeasy gives very long battery life unlike Unity.
I am running Debian Linux 64 Bit on my Desktop and Laptop and Debian with the XFCE desktop on my Netbook but after playing with EasyPeasy it may find a spot on my Netbook and even the Laptop.
