Dunkin Donuts

Overpriced. They USED to be good, but now have mediocre coffee for too much money. I get coffee that's at least as good at my local Cumberland Farms for 99 cents.

I'll go there if there's nothing else but I live in the land of Krispy-Kreme. Dunkin isn't even remotely in the same league with the K-K.

They used to fry donuts in each store relatively fresh until the mid 90s.

Now they truck them in at 1 am.

I'm a fan of their coffee and donuts. But, the local one is full of employees who can barely speak English. What is supposed to be a quick trip, is no longer quick due to language barrier.

I think nothing of our local Dunkin Donuts, sorry. The only thing I order is small coffee 1/2 creme and 1/2 sugar if on the road.

Horrible horrible customer service. And the donuts are less than average and not very fresh. Years ago they had the marketing campaign : "time to make the donuts". A few years ago I asked one of the employees about making Donuts. He literally laughed at me. "We don't make donuts"

Yes the old commercial with the old guy saying "I have to get up at 2:00 AM and make the donuts".

They USED to have the best coffee and donuts, but these days the selection of donuts is small and stale. The coffee is hit or miss depending which store your in. They seem to be concentrating on lousy tasting micro-waved sandwiches, instead of what built the franchise. Having workers from other countries that don't drink coffee, doesn't help. They couldn't tell good coffee from orange juice.,,

DD has average coffee. I don't do donuts. The Sheetz gas stations have better coffee for far less. The DD I pass on my way to work is a LEO magnet, and it makes my morning commute complicated as a lot of police and state troopers follow me to work.

Around here many commuters pass several DDs on the way to work.

When the line at the drive thru is too long, they skip that one and head for the next.

This makes "final destination", in-town DD's a ridiculously popular stop.

They opened one here about 2 months ago. The donuts and coffee are pretty good, but nothing exceptional. Don't go out of your way if there is another place closer is my advice.

I dont drink coffee so I dont know about that, but I agree on the rest.

What I like best about the local Dunkin Donuts is that it's parking lot is halfway between the Indian restaurant and the liquor store.

I bring my own coffee to work, but if I want one after that I'll usually go to DD. Easier on my stomach than Starbucks, but I wouldn't say it is great coffee.

The sandwiches are a disappointment, and while a glazed donut every now and then is alright, the donuts aren't as good as they used to be.
