I have a 1999 Toyota Sienna with 100k on the clock.
She still has the original driving belts.
I am wondering when it's good time to have them replaced.

have them replaced before they break apart when you need them most (e.g. on a trip in the middle of no-man's land).

I would change them ASAP if I were you.

100,000 miles; you're on borrowed time, even if they look alright on the outside. I agree with Quest.

Having a belt break in the middle of no where is not a fun thing to experience and it's so easily avoided.

At the least you should examine them for signs of wear such as cracking, etc. I would carry spare ones. If your belt were to break, you would loose alternator or PS pump or AC, but the basic engine should run and I think the water pump is driven off the timing belt.

That brings up a good point Eddie. If the engine has a timing belt and is an interference engine it's important to replace that belt in time too.
