02 Camary brake master cyl. was dirty. I usually turkey baster but saw two lines coming off it with one of those pinch type collars holding it on. I think it was similar on the PS fluid or would it be just as easy to keep going with turkey baster method on PS?

Let me know.

Whatever you do, don't dip a turkey baster that's got a film of PS fluid into your brake fluid. Even a very small amount of oil contaminating your brake fluid can cause enough damage to cost $1k+ for repairs.

Use a suction gun for the PS reservoir. For brake fluid it's best to get a vacuum pump or power bleeder and get fresh fluid into the whole system.

You still have to get the old fluid out of the master cyl first [At least you SHOULD!].
We all know bleeding is best. TB brake flushes are very good - clean, cheap, and beneficial. So go do it every 6 months/year.
