Dog clipper

Can't wait to see the replies to this one.

Our dog Bear (this was his name at the Humane Society, we didn't change it) has a very thick coat that frustrates every clipper I've tried, including Wahl and Oster.

I'm about ready to take him to the groomers and see what they use. Somehow, they can clip him in an hour or less, and with the "owner" grade trimmers I've bought, I get him maybe 25% done in an hour.

That's funny. My dog's name is Bear also. And he came from the pound.

how about a second hand sheep shearer? that is assuming you can manhandle your dog like a sheep...

Trouble is everybody has sold out. Maybe the end of the week supplies will be available thay tell me. If the Oster isn't the go tell me people...s
