does loc tite go have a shelf life??

I have a couple of large bottle of loctite laying around. have had them at least 10 years. Dos loc tite have a shelf life and go bad??

I've had a big bottle of Red Loctite since 2004. I know that's when I bought it, because that is when I started working on my Charger. It still locks up any bolt or nut.

I can beat that. I'm still using what I bought in the 70s and so far no problem I think it does matter how and where you store it.
Mine are mainly the small bottles so they don't get much air exposure.

Lack of air is what activates it! Loctite bottles "breathe." We had a brilliant "engineer" at work who decided to store Loctite in unapproved bottles to be applied by a needle in the end. The results were a mess!
