Does anyone make 100% stainless steel band clamps?

The hardware store SS is a little above grade 2 and beak easy but they are not useless, for non stress applications like a fan shroud or small brackets exposed to the elements they are fine. They do make hardened SS but it is expensive.

I mean the band AND the fastener in 304 stainless. The ones I find only have plated steel fasteners. Looking for 3 inch like this.

Any boat place will have clamps that will last 30 years in saltwater and not rust

Not throwing the muffler out. The whole idea is to be able to swap the muffler in and out in minutes, hence the stainless steel pipes and clamps.

I suggest you find a source for replacement clamps if you intend to swap mufflers often.

my experience with the Torco clamps the clamps lose their tension as they stretch after several uses..
