Like what coolants mix ok with others and whats what? I work at a radiator shop and even I'm confused

I did a drain and fill on my 02 Jeep today. According to the test strip the GO-5 PH levels were not up to par.

Strange because I did a drain and fill 2 yrs ago with new Go-5 and distilled water.

It got Pep boys Proline premixed green stuff this time. I'm assuming this will mix ok with the leftover GO-5?

Never heard of any compatibility issues.

Prestone All Makes All Models has mixed fine with all the vehicles I serviced.

Chris,

The PH strips for coolant are different for coolants with a large share of OAT which would include G05.

You probably didn't need to flush the system yet.

We have the strips for the long life stuff and it came up bad.
