Sp III is the Hyundai/Kia/Mitsubishi spec ATF.
On an elemental analysis it looks very close to Mercon V.
One odd point is that Chrysler shares some of the same transmissions that spec SP III in Hyundai, Kia, and Mitsubishi, but they spec AFT +4.
I am currently using AFT +4 in my Hyundai, and I have noticed no issues whatsoever.
I would also expect any of the highly friction modified universal ATFs that work in Mercon V, Toyota T-IV, and similar transmissions to work fine.
