I have used DIESEL OIL 15w40 CK4 7000 miles. Can I know that lab test which show Green & Red result to know if can go more! Green for Go & Red 4 oil change. I saw that reports online which they did for Engine Oil but couldn't find the name of it and want to know if any Lab near New York or New Jersey will perform those tests???

True enough. However they do add written comments about when to change oil; not that I agree with them at all times.
But then again, the green/red indicators on other used oil analysis aren't followed by most BITOGers, either. They will get itchy wrenches and change oil way before any "red" indication would come about.
So it's kinda moot ...
Yeah, BS BOLD's the numbers when flagged but I guess OP wants something "Color Cordinated" ...HA!
They may be new to the offerings & prefer simple to understand without knowing exactly what the numbers mean. Good point on the explanation notes though.
Those reports are from Oil Analyzers Inc / Polaris Labs or SpeeDiagnostix. The last is more expensive.
They show results in green, yellow, and red.
