Not in the year range you specified but I owned a 1987 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe with 5 speed manual. Loved the car. Ran more than 30 pounds of boost, Mobil 1 15W-50.

that looks like a 93? they went 4.6 in 94 I had a 94 4.6 with an eaton m90 on it.

You could get stuck on a flat dry grass yard the 1 wheel peel was REAL.

Ran cooper wintermaster+ studded in the winter..

Mine was white and the tach was broke it would go backwards.

You are not far off in the case of the T Coupe. In stock form it was 0-60 in 10 seconds or so.

I had an 88 in Black with an automatic for my wife. It had the dual shock setup from the mustang to control wheel hop.

I always wanted one but when they up sized them and put a back seat in them they lost me. Ford could have gone all in and made the Thunderbird compete with the Corvette. That would have worked.
