Found it interesting that there is no 0W-20 Mobil 1 (just 5w30, in fact) on the Dexos1 Gen2 list. It's an interesting list given the goal of certifying oils to combat LSPI. I noticed Pennzoil's 0W-20 present. I
Is this an issue where the Mobil 1 did not meet requirements or XOM has not put it through the testing process yet? I would have assumed it would have been tested at the same time the 5w30 was tested.
Ironic that Pennzoil's 0W-20 with it's much higher calcium would make the list given the LSPI concerns of Dexos1 Gen2, but Mobil 1 with lower calcium, higher magnesium mix would not. This observation is based purely on articles and threads posted around here linking calcium and LSPI.
