Spectra can be sooooo hit or miss. And I'm not sure the "Premium" actually denotes anything significant? I feel like all their products now are labeled as "Spectra Premium." I could be wrong, though.
But yeah, it's like a scratch ticket: you might at least win your money back, or you might lose. I've had Spectra fit great and not fit at all. I'm sure all my experiences were MIC, though. I've never seen a North American Spectra product
